Bdroma's Terms and Conditions

By using the Bdroma website (bdroma.net) or mobile app, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Bdroma platform.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Bdroma and its users, governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Bdroma reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own country. Bdroma does not guarantee the legality of gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

To open an account with Bdroma, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum age of applicant 18 years must be.
• All information provided must be complete, accurate, and truthful.
• Each individual may only One account only can open.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• A valid mobile number is required to register an account.

Bdroma may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you discover any unauthorized access to your account, notify Bdroma immediately.

Mobile Banking and direct bank transfer are accepted for deposits on Bdroma. All deposits must come from an account held in the user's own name.

• Minimum deposit: the limit set for each payment method applies.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly; delays may occasionally occur due to network issues.
• There are no charges on deposits — however, the payment provider's own fees may apply.

Bdroma reserves the right to hold payments and investigate any suspicious transactions. Any account linked to money laundering or illegal activity will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from Bdroma:

• Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 3–15 minutes (mobile banking), 1–3 business days (bank transfer).
• To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must first be fulfilled.
• Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Bdroma reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal for security verification or legal reasons. In such cases, the support team will notify the user concerned.

Bdroma offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be read before claiming.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified wagering amount to be met.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
